We know you are going to be spending your days out on the Frio River, but when the day winds down, sometimes you just need to curl up on a leather sofa and read, watch a movie, or take a breath for yourself. The flat screen is connected to satellite tv. You can also connect to our free Wi-Fi on your tablets and phones. Flat screens are also in bedroom #1 and #3, also satellite enabled.

Prep your marinades poolside while watching the kids play pool volleyball. The outdoor kitchen features expansive counter space, bar stool seating, flat screen television and sink. An extra full-size refrigerator is the perfect place for cold drinks and ice. Tucked behind the kitchen is the 1/2 bath, making it easy to keep wet feet off the floor inside.

Playing on the Frio River all day sure does make a person crave good BBQ. That is why we have a BBQ and fire pit, ready for you to grill on. If you would like to bring your own from home, that is okay too (make sure it stays on the cement patio). Once the cooking is over, take some time to look at the stars with the kids around the fire...and don't forget have to have s'mores.

Bring your floaties with you for stress free swimming in our 15 x 30 pool. Our pool volleyball net is a big hit. But if you feel like lounging after a long day down on the river, pull up a chaise and put on your shades.
While the food is on the grill, why not start a horseshoe tournament? With corn hole, tether ball, washers, and horseshoes, there is something for everyone.

Only a short drive away, the Gravel Bar at Seven Bluffs has some of the deepest and clearest water on the Frio River. Access is usually $30 (cash) a car, but when you stay with us, you have access for free! Upon check in pick up your car tags and bracelets and enjoy access for your whole stay. Get up early to stake your spot on the shore as access is first come, first served.
