In anticipation of large family gatherings, this galley style kitchen has every thing you need to make meal times a snap. Whether you are serving up on the side board, making pancakes on the griddle, or grinding ice in the Margaritaville Blender, we have the tools and appliances to make your vacation run smoothly. 2 coffee makers, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, crock pot, etc. If you can use it in the kitchen, we have it.

When the pool gets to be too much or the heat just takes it out of you, the AC is on and the leather couches are comfortable in the living room. Gather the kids around for a movie night with popcorn and the satellite/cable enabled flat screen. If you have some work that needs to get done, the Wi-Fi will help make it a snap so that you can get back to having fun with family and friends. 

Also sometimes designated as the "adults table", the dining room is perfect for a cold cereal banquet in the morning or an ice cream sundae buffet at night. Late afternoon card games and early morning coffee chats also find their way around the table. The enormous pool side patio will be able to seat your whole group!

What outdoor kitchen would be complete with out a sink, refrigerator, half-bath, and seating for 30? This outdoor kitchen also comes with a flat screen tv, amazing views of the Frio River Valley, and a step in sports pool. Only steps away from the BBQ & Fire Pit, this outdoor kitchen is the perfect place to prep for that BBQ you have been thinking about all winter long.

Impress your friends and family with your skills on the grill! Our fire pit and BBQ pit combo make sure that you get the most out of roasting corn over the fire and braising your brisket over the coals. Want to bring your BBQ with you? That is okay too! Just make sure you keep it on the cement.

That giant swan floatie isn't going to do so well on the the river, but it will fit in with our sports pool! This step in pool is perfect for both athletes and loungers with a huge wrap around pool deck and optional pool volley ball. We have corn hole, tether ball, washers & horse shoes as well, making our home a favorite for large groups and family reunions.

The crystal clear waters of the Concan Swimming Hole are calling you, and you get free access when you stay with Concan Vacation Homes. Upon check-in you will get your wrist bands and car tags. The Concan Swimming Hole is first come first serve so make sure that you get there early enough to secure your stretch of .
